Mr. Sanchez has more than thirty years of national hospitality/restaurant industry experience through his work with leading international hotel food and beverage operations, including work as a Food and Beverage Manager and Executive Steward. 

Mr. Sanchez has more than thirty years of national hospitality/restaurant industry experience through his work with leading international hotel food and beverage operations, including work as a Food and Beverage Manager and Executive Steward.  Mr. Sanchez began his career in Food and Beverage at the Bethesda Marriott Hotel in Bethesda, MD and subsequently worked at the Airlie Conference Center in Warrenton, VA, Langham Huntington Hotel, Pasadena, CA, the Montage in Beverly Hills, CA, Faena Hotel in Miami Beach, FL and Intercontinental Hotel-Downtown in Los Angeles, CA. Mr. Sanchez is currently the Catering Director for the Crisp and Juicy- Peruvian Restaurant in Falls Church, VA.  Originally from Peru, today Mr. Sanchez lives in Gaithersburg, MD with his wife and three children.

Traveling, good food and soccer are his passions. He loves to cook for friends and family. Everyone asks for his recipes, but they are his secret!
