WHAT IS THE FULL SCHEDULE FOR THE CONFERENCE? 

The first presentation will begin:
Monday, May 20 at 1:00 pm
Tuesday, May 21 at 9:00 am
Wednesday, May 22 at 1:00 pm

Each day we end by 4:30 pm

The Check-in Station will open before the first presentation as follow:
Monday, May 20: 10:00 am
Tuesday, May 22: 8:00 am  



HOW DO I BEST NAVIGATE THE CONFERENCE

Monday is dedicated to Special Guest Speakers, Business Resource Fair, Startup Showcase and Networking

Tuesday is dedicated to Business Development Workshops

Wednesday is dedicated to the Business Pitch Competition, the public is welcome to watch. To pitch a business, you must be selected. To apply for consideration, go to https://incubatorhcc.com/idea-pitch-challenge and complete the simple form by March 29, 2024. DO I HAVE TO ATTEND ALL OF THE SESSIONS DURING THE ENTIRE WEEK?


No, come and go as you like. Use the WHOVA app to personalize your experience and set a schedule that works best for you. We look forward to spending time with you.

No. This event is available to you courtesy of our sponsors. This event is FREE to attend.



WHERE SHOULD I PARK?

The Check-in Station is in the CBES building, if you have not registered, or would like an attendee bag, please go to the following?

IS THE BUSINESS LUNCHEON OPEN TO THE PUBLIC?

No. The event is by invitation. The hosting organizations, sponsors, partners and members of the entrepreneurial ecosystem have received invitations to attend. If you are uncertain, please email us at partner@hagerstownstartupweek.com to receive confirmation



IS THE CONFERENCE APP IMPORTANT TO DOWNLOAD? 

It is encouraged. The App will allow you to personalize your experience, participate in the raffle challenges and gain on-site messages. If you prefer to avoid the app, you can collect a printed schedule at the check-in station.
