Lori Wriston has over 30 years of business, nonprofit and ministry experience. She is committed to helping individuals navigate the waters of first-time nonprofit or social entrepreneurship ownership through one-on-one coaching, tailored workshops, and a host of other offerings to turn organizational goals into reality.

Lori Wriston is co-founder of the nonprofit that began in 2008. She helps organizations obtain the success they've always desired. With over 30 years of business, nonprofit and ministry experience, she also helps committed individuals navigate the waters of first-time nonprofit or business ownership through one-on-one coaching, tailored workshops, and a host of other offerings to turn business goals into reality. Lastly, she works with established organizations to reach a level of excellence that will ensure long-term success.

Before joining Valor, Lori was the Regional Sales Manager for Griffith Energy Services, Inc. She was the first female within the company to lead associates in a six-state region. Her business savvy and sales enthusiasm led the company to its highest sales achievement despite a down economy. She then turned her focus toward community service, using her skills to help others as a church administrator and manager of a local homeless shelter.

Lori is also a previous Board Secretary for Horizon Goodwill Industries and a past WC's Local Management Board (LMB) member, where she sat on the community planning and executive committees. She is the author of four books, "You Were Made to THRIVE: 7 Strategies to Move You from Crisis to THRIVING", the companion, "Goal Setting Workbook," “Face Your Fears Guide to Basic Grant Writing”, and “Tower Principles: Building with Purpose, Persistence, and Obedience”. She also was selected as one of WC Commission for Women's "Dreamers, Doers and Encouragers" in 2022.
