Danielle Popp has extensive experience in both community outreach and administration. She previously served as the director of business services with Horizon Goodwill Industries and as a sales executive with Hub Labels and WDVM-TV. She has also held executive board positions with several local nonprofit organizations, including the Hagerstown Community College Foundation, Jaycees of Hagerstown, Leadership Washington County, The Humane Society of Washington County, The Maryland Theatre, and The Potomac Playmakers. She has also hosted and moderated “The Flipside” television series on Antietam Broadband.

Danielle holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Salisbury University and a Master’s Degree in Business Management from Mount St. Mary’s University. During her MBA studies, she researched downtown revitalization and its impact on small business sustainability.
