Chuck is a Rural Business Innovation Initiative (RBII) mentor with expertise in technology business incubation, quality management and mechanical engineering.

Chuck works at TEDCO as a Rural Business Innovation Initiative (RBII) mentor with expertise in technology business incubation, quality management and mechanical engineering, Chuck works with startup technology businesses in the four westernmost counties of Maryland (Frederick, Washington, Allegany, and Garrett). His responsibilities include setting up RBII projects and grants to the companies or contracts with consultants to move the companies to the next level. More than 30 such projects have been completed in Western Maryland, including prototype development, market studies, valuation of company IP, branding, and company production rate improvement.

Chuck earned a BS with distinction from the US Naval Academy, and an SM in aeronautics and astronautics from MIT. He is a registered professional engineer (P.E.).
